This Ken Burns inspired short documentary I conceptualized and edited, highlights the life and career of the Boston's first Black female TV reporter. It was presented at Smith College in 2019 where Sarah Anne Shaw received the Gwen Ifill Award.
Beth Israel DeACONESS MEDICAL CENTER | BEHIND THE BADGE SERIES
BIDMC's Internal Communications Department airs a bi-weekly series called "Behind the Badge", in which a selected staff member shares about their life outside of work. Since 2010, I have been contracted to enhance the style of storytelling of the videos, shoot, edit, and conduct the interviews. The series is currently the hospital's top trending video on their internal website.
BOSTON university AND THE Center for ARTISTRY AND SCHOLARSHIP | Two Languages One Community Documentary
In 2016, I co-produced, shot, and edited a documentary for Boston University's School of Education and the Center for Artistry and Scholarship. Dos Idiomas, Una Communidad is about the life of a Boston school principal and her journey as she advocated for better resources for the immigrant student population.
